Candidates who are entered in an auction will have the opportunity to gain immediate work and clients who participate by bidding can secure the means to fill those hard to find roles at short notice.
Only a limited number of candidates will be put forward into promotional auctions that will usually last a day. The Relationship Managers will match candidates to industry sectors or job roles and highlight forthcoming auctions to the clients who would benefit from seeing those profiles.
Clients will be able to view and screen participating candidates before the auction commences to ensure that the candidate they want to bid on truly has the right skills they require. The relationship Managers will arrange any telephone conferences or interviews that the client may require.
Each candidate will also have a reserve price that is set to their minimum working daily rate. When winning an auction the winning bidder secures the right to engage the Candidates’ professional services for an agreed assignment. Relationship Managers will ensure that all required parties are aware of the nature of any assignments in advance.
